Josh did a great job on identifying and relaying the problem and fix for our garage door. Schaefer Door had repair person on site within 3 hours of calling and the new opener was installed within 6 days. It was easy to set up the service call and installation date. We had Schaefer out to do a “tune up” on our 2 garage doors.  Our technician Josh was right on time and he did a thorough look over on the doors and quickly got both doors running like and sounding like they were brand new.
